Awning in good shape. New power vent fan in bathroom June 2022. Can throw in a generator and waste tote for a little extra if you want. Tote has been sanitized. Central ac and heat. Electric leveling jacks on front. New stabilizer jacks July 2021 on back. Both propane tanks will come with it and are full. I paid 10,750 when I bought it. Not counting a new $8000 rubber roof. I have pulled it with a halfton puckup before to lakes. Willing to meet or could deliver if within a hour from me.
