The responsibility of the cook is to prepare and serve meals according to menu, production sheets and recipes. The cook will monitor methods of food handling, preparation, meal service and equipment cleaning. All cooking tasks are performed in accordance with current standards, guidelines and regulations and in a safe and efficient manner.
Pay is based on knowledge & experience.
