The W/2 will be planted to 2023 wheat.  The Buyer will receive $60.00 cash rent payment on these acres.

The E/2 is in wheat stubble. The Buyer will get possession at closing upon reimbursement to the tenant for spraying and   chemical expenses since 2022 wheat harvest.

POSSESSION:  January 1, 2023.

MINERAL RIGHTS:   All of the Seller’s interest will transfer to the Buyer at closing.
