HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR I - Public Works:  Pay grade 13, Step 1 starts at $19.68/hour with an opportunity for a step/pay advancement at 6 months.

Minimum Requirements:  High school diploma or GED required, one year of road and bridge maintenance and heavy equipment operator experience preferred, Class B CDL with tanker endorsement required.  

Don't have a CDL?  No worries!  If you have the ability to obtain one, we will help!  Start in full-time employment with us as an Equipment Operator (starting pay $17.78/hour + full benefits) and you will train on the job to prepare yourself to test for the CDL.
