HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR I - Public Works:  Pay grade 107, Step 1 starts at $17.86/hour with an opportunity for a step advancement at 6 months.

Minimum Requirements:  High school diploma or GED required, one year of road and bridge maintenance and heavy equipment operator experience preferred, ability to obtain and maintain a Class B CDL with tanker endorsement required.  Ellis County is able to assist with the training and obtaining of a CDL!
