Land Location: 1 ½ Mi. West of Nicodemus, Ks on Hwy 24 or 2 ½ Mi. East on Hwy 24 of the 24/18 Hwy. Intersection at the Bogue turnoff.  WATCH FOR SIGNS!

General Description: This tract of land has a total of 77.11 acres with 66.04 acres being very productive cropland with the balance offering excellent hunting opportunities and is accented with the presence of trees and Spring Creek at the very Northwest corner of said property.
