      TRACT 1:  Buyer will receive the landlord’s 1/3rd share of the 2023 wheat crop.

      TRACT 2:  There are no growing crops.

FSA INFORMATION:  Any future FSA payments will follow the crops and will be paid pursuant to FSA regulations. See chart of FSA cropland acres, base acres and yields.

POSSESSION:  

      TRACT 1:  Date of closing on the corn stubble acres and building.  After the 2023              wheat harvest on the acres planted to wheat.

      TRACT 2:  Date of closing.

MINERAL RIGHTS: All of the Seller’s interest will transfer to the Buyer at closing.

REAL ESTATE TAXES: Taxes for 2022 will be prorated to the date of closing. See chart below for 2021 tax amounts.
