S/2NW/4 of 13-2-40: Buyer will receive 100% of the 2023 wheat crop.
FSA INFORMATION: All future FSA payments will follow the crops and will be paid pursuant to FSA regulations.
SE/4 of Section 22-1-40: Date of closing on the open acres, and after the 2023 wheat harvest or August 1, 2023, whichever date occurs first.
S/2NW/4 of 13-2-40: Date of closing.
MINERAL RIGHTS: All of the Seller’s interest will transfer to the Buyer at closing.
