Like new, tan coucn and loveseat.  They currently have covers over them becase the tan didn't go with other room-mates' decor (covers go with them), so you have the ability to "change decor without purchasing different furniture".

These are practically new, I am posting this for my daughter, they are moving and really don't have a way to move them easily as they are moving out of the state, or they would be keeping them.  Actual cushion covers can be removed for cleaning as well...see pic.

They are asking $300 for the couch and $200 for the loveseat, or $400 for the set.  If you would like to see them just let us know!
