Job Description: 

We are currently seeking an experienced powersports technician to join our growing service department in Grainfield, Kansas.

Our ideal candidate is self-driven, reliable, and has a large amount of on-road, off-road mechanic experience with UTV & ATV's.

Qualifications

• 2-5years experience working on ATV's, Side-by-Sides or Automobile 
• MMI or Automotive Institute Graduate preferred (longer experience can waive)
• Willing to cross train from Automotive business/heavy equipment/small engine
• Must have Polaris or other ORV Certification or pass test within short time period
• Clean Driving Record to test drive units

Job Duties 

• Must have a firm grasp of electrical system diagnostics, engine, and transmission tear down and reassembly, knowledge of fuel systems, and other repairs. 
   
• Diagnose complex problems by using latest diagnostic equipment. (Polaris/Roxor)
   
• Handle multiple work orders & utilize computer systems to document work 
   
• Capable of diagnosing and completing repairs in a timely manner
   
• Solid Technical and Mechanical Skills
   
• Commitment to accuracy and quality
   
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
   
• Must have own personal tools - company does supply special tools
   
• Good communication skills
   
• Professional appearance

We are in the planning process for a new state of the art service building with heated & cooled shop to accommodate our growing business. 

Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $20-$30 an hour, We Pay Hourly with Overtime, Not Salary
