Job Description:
Responsibilities will include:
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly to support daily construction activities
Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
Manage Office Supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Receive deliveries and manage in going and outgoing mail
Manage Payroll, Invoicing, and Accounts Receivable duties.
Receive and post payments and manage general cash flow.
Strong Computer Skills: Quickbooks, Outlook, Excel, Word.
Pay: Based on experience and aptitude.

Experience as an Office manager: 2 Years Strongly Preferred, Business Admin degree a plus
