Occupancy is 500 guests, however with tables and chairs it’s 250 

Starting Rates*:

Weddings: 

$1500 for weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun, Holidays)

$900 for weekday (Mon-Thurs)

Events/Meetings:

$150/hr weekend

$90/hr weekday
