Description

UPDATE: $300 PRICE HAS BEEN REDUCED OBO. Only 1 puppy remains!

Well-trained LGD and working with his mom and dad protecting sheep and goats. Already barking and guarding. Dam and Sire are fantastic guardians and teachers.

3/4 Anatolian / 1/4 Great Pyrenees.

1 white male (15 weeks old)

Wakeeney, KS

They were born on 12/28/22. We have 6 males (1 male remaining) & (1 female SOLD). Had a litter of 7 from working parents protecting our livestock (sheep, goats, and poultry). Best for guarding sheep, goats, cattle, horses, pigs, and fowl.

The dad is full Anatolian, and the mom is 1/2 Great Pyrenees and 1/2 Anatolian. These all come from working lines and live with the livestock 24/7. These dogs are not recommended for pets or city or apartment life. They have a double coat and do shed. They need livestock to guard and are canine and preditor aggressive. They are fantastic and loyal farmstead watch/guard dogs. Father is approximately 32" at the withers and 120-130#. Mother is approximately 29" at the withers and 100#. They are mostly sedentary and watchful but I have clocked them at 30 mph and I know that wasn't full tilt. The Anatolian breed is a long-lived breed that ranges from 10-15 years and generally has good health if properly cared for. For a large breed, they are very gentle around children and the elderly but playful puppies can accidentally knock over toddlers.

Received the first round of vaccines & dewormer.

$300 OBO

Currently living and working with our sheep herd.
