Habitat for Humanity of Ellis County is seeking homeowner applications for 2023!

Potential homeowners will be offered a chance at homeownership that may not be possible through conventional loans. We offer 0% or low-interest, affordable mortgages. We utilize volunteer labor and donated materials to keep costs low and take no profit for our services. HFHEC homes are located within Ellis County, Ks. 

Sweat equity is a requirement for homeownership. Sweat equity can be completed on your own home or towards a home for the next Habitat family. Sweat equity hours can be gained working on repair Habitat repair jobs and through volunteering at our ReStore. Payments made by the homeowners are placed in a revolving fund to help Habitat for Humanity of Ellis County serve others in need.
