I am selling my BLODGETT commercials convection oven. It has five racks and has room for more.

It works like it's supposed to.

Ths is a half pan model. You can bake many dozens of cookies, lots of cakes, roasts, turkeys, prime rib and unruly children in half the time it takes in a conventional oven.

Weighs about as much as a full grown rhinoceros. That's not true, but it is pretty heavy, so bring a helper to assist in loading this item.
