Looking for a person(s) prefer college students to rent the downstairs area.  There are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom to share.  There is a living room area as well as a kitchen type area. Laundry room is located on main floor and will be shared amongst ALL tenants. This is a pet friendly home as long as your pets can get along with mine. Prefer small pets. Limit to 1 maybe 2 pets.
Utilities will be divided amongst everyone. 
Parking available in the back and front.
