1/2 ton towable!! Excellent/Like new condition RV - used gently only a couple times per summer.

Only selling cause I don't have time to use it. :(

Best thing about this unit is the separate garage from living space. And its a breeze to tow with my 5.3L Chevy.

I've installed E-Track , 1 Wheel Chock, and TRS anchor plate for PITBULL TRS stand

Includes HD leveling hitch, new optima battery. Bluetooth sound, CD, TV, furnace, propane - all included.

Unit is de-winterized and all is working in tip top shape.

Garage dimensions are 11' Deep, 7' 7" wide, 6' 5" height.
Front bed is a queen, rear is like a king when installed. Currently have bed/table removed from garage to house more toys (see pics)

does not have on-board gen. But I do have a spare gen I might be willing to sell.
