Taking orders now for 1/4, 1/2, or whole beef. We have some nice home raised steers going to Krehbiels Specialty Meats in McPherson, KS in May and June. 

These steers are home raised and are approximately 20 months old. Raised on grass and alfalfa, and corn finished. NO growth hormones or any antibiotics- ever! These steers are healthy!

Krehbiels has an online cut instructions that allows you to choose how you want your beef processed (steak thickness, roasts, ribs, hamburger packaging 1 or 2 lbs, etc)They also have some specialty items as well (hotdogs, brauts, summer sausage, beef jerky, liver, etc). We can assist if needed.

$3.45/ lb hanging weight plus you pay processing. We do require a deposit.

Our steers will average 450lbs hanging weight on a half. Processing cost are $.93/ lb for vacuum sealed packages.
