Located: 3 miles north of St. Libory on HWY 281 and then ¾ miles West on L Road

Legal Description: The Northeast ¼ & Northwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 13 North, Range 10 West of the 6th PM in Howard County, NE less the building site on the east side of the property.

About: Well located farm and pasture just 5 miles southeast of St. Paul or 3 miles northwest of St. Libory. This tract includes 315 acres more or less. There are 88.5 acres of dry cropland that is level to rolling. The balance of the property is pastureland. There is barbed wire fence around the crop land to separate it from the pasture.
