CROPS: Buyers will receive the landlord’s 1/3rd share of the wheat crop; pay the landlord’s 1/3rd share of the fertilizer expense, if any, and the landlord’s 1/3rd share of the crop insurance premium.
FSA INFORMATION: All future FSA payments will follow the crops and will be paid pursuant to FSA regulations. See chart for FSA cropland acres, base acres and yields.
POSSESSION: Date of closing on the open acres and after the 2023 wheat harvest on the acres planted to wheat.
MINERAL RIGHTS: All of the Seller’s interest will transfer to the Buyers at closing.
