What to Expect

We are looking for a highly motivated, professional and experienced Account Specialist. The Account Specialist is critical to Natoma Manufacturing’s mission and continued growth. Primary responsibilities are to develop and maintain customer relationships through inbound calls and e-mail, manage account maintenance and setup, assist with order entry management, and more.

Account Specialist Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain customer accounts and records.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure all order requirements are satisfied and interface with engineering to assist with customer and design issues.
• Performance of customer quote estimates utilizing time, labor, material and special process.
• Responsible for all filing of customer purchase orders. 
• Ensures that all quality requirements of customers are met.
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government and regulatory requirements.

 Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related/relevant field or 2 years related work experience required.
• Must be organized while demonstrating strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to complete a multitude of tasks at a quick pace to meet company and departmental requirements and goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to providing exemplary customer support required.
• Candidates must possess proficiencies in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and be technologically literate or advanced.

7:00am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday

Pay is negotiable and based on applicant’s education and/or work experience.  Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at Natoma Manufacturing.
