The ideal applicant will serve as our first point of contact for all patients and guests visiting the facility. We're looking for someone to answer a multi-line phone system and transfer calls appropriately and professionally, navigate patient and guest questions, and direct our guests through the facility in a kind and professional manner. This position will be cross-trained in patient registration to help us maintain an efficient flow during peak times. This will require someone who can manage their time effectively, coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, and ultimately someone who possesses excellent customer service skills. The starting pay range for this role is $13 to $15 per hour, depending on experience. Great benefits package, including health insurance.
