Derksen Deluxe Cabin. Exterior measures 28 long and 12 wide. Interior rough measurement is 21 long by 11 wide by 8 tall. It has a double 5/8 treated plywood floor, instead of 1 single layer floor. Floor joists are on 1 centers instead of 16 centers. Interior is sheeted with 7/16 OSB sheeting. Walls and ceiling are not insulated. Insulated overhead door measures  x wide and x tall. 36 walk door with anti kick in door jamb. Has removable bar grates over the windows. Solar powered light inside. Metal roof. No leaks unless you forget to shut the door. Comes with walk way, railing, and skirting that closes off the bottom of the skid to keep animals out, if buyer wants those (as seen in last picture). Shed was purchased September of 2016 from Star Steel Construction, Shawn Star Wakeeney Kansas. I do not have a way to move the shed, I just have them come and move it. If I remember right they charged me $500 to move the shed from Norton Kansas to Quinter Kansas. The shed is currently located in Quinter Kansas. Buying the shed new today would run you over $13,000.00. Shed is in great shape, if it has any defects, the pressure treated lumber is starting to show age. It is easily renewable by staining it.
