We have two commercial grade loafing sheds. 12'x24' with an additional 21" awning. Each building has a continual bottom framing consisting of 4" in diameter circular pipe with looped openings at each outside corner to allow the shed to be anchored down or dragged to a new location. The rest of the structural framing is made up of 2x2" and 2x4" heavy gauge steel tubing. The metal siding has no holes or major dents. The inside of the shed has plywood wainscoting and two swinging gates; one gate hinge needs to be rewelded; asking $5,000 for this one, center panel is not included. See first five photos are of this shed.

The second shed has partial plywood wainscoting. There are two inward bends in the framing (middle of the roof and middle edge of the awning), some metal siding needs to be replaced/patched. This building went through a tornado and suffered cosmetic damage only, the bends are not near any of the welds, asking $2,000 for this shed; see panoramic style photo. 

These sheds are solid, but can be easily moved with a tractor. We also have prefab framing panels that attach to the front to create an enclosed stall or building.
