Fully renovated in 2016, this home was originally built by pioneers in 1881. Its current vintage furnishings and arrangement reflect this western, 19th century heritage. The closest town is Plainville, Kansas, about 5 miles away. Also close to Hays, Kansas at approximately 25 miles away. It is home to a university and is served by an airport. 

There are 4 bedrooms; 2 single rooms and 2 Queen Rooms. The main level is the host of the primary living space, kitchen, bath and on site laundry. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped/furnished.  There is plenty of china, silverware, all pots and pans, electric mixer, toaster, tea towels, etc.  There is laundry on-site, with all sheets and towels provided, so renters don’t need to bring anything to live and cook here.  

The dining room/living room has a table and chairs, two sofas and an ottoman, and a wall-mounted smart TV and internet connection.  You will be able to log into any of your personal Hulu, VUDU, YouTube TV, Netflix etc.
