DISPATCHER - Communications Department:  Pay grade 109, Step 1 starts at $19.30/hour with an opportunity for a step advancement at 6 months.
Minimum Requirements:  A high school diploma or GED is required and a technical degree or some college credit is preferred.  This position requires Emergency Medical Dispatching, Fire Service Dispatching, and Law Enforcement Dispatching certifications within one year of employment.  National Crime Information Center certification within six months of employment.  One to three years of similar or related experience is preferred.

This position primarily works 12 hours shifts.  Shifts are 6-6 and rotate from AM to PM every 4 months.  This position is full-time benefits eligible.
