Chair is powered by 1 lithium ion battery and top speed is 6 mph.  Unique part of chair is that it will fold flat to 36 x 25 x 10 and will fit in most trunks.   User must have control of arms and hands as chair is run by right & left control levers.  This is not considered a wheelchair--user should be mobile to some degree.
