HIGHLIGHTS/AUCTIONEERS NOTES:
We are pleased to show you a home and workshop full of a couple’s lifetime of hobbies and treasures! This will be split into 2 sessions and 2 pickup days for each. We have a bit of everything for everyone! From home furnishings, mobility chairs, dolls, display hutches, a car, some ATVs, trains and models, a Dixon ZTR, and so much more! You will also be pleased to see the “Mother of all Blow Molds!” That is just session #1, the home and some of the workshop – just wait till you see the extent of items in the workshop in session #2! Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available. Tips accepted if you do need help.

PLEASE NOTE:
Pickup days must be adhered to for each auction. If you ask for special favor, that will ruin the planning and logistics of getting all these items to you correctly. Also, we ask that whatever you buy, you take it all out or off the shelves. We are furnishing a trailer for any unwanted items or trash for you!

4 lots a minute starting at 5:00 with soft close and extended bid features
(the auction does not completely close out all at one time)

(Address will be given to winning bidders on their invoices)

Local Pickup/Loadout Dates:
Friday, March 1st from 12:00pm to 6:00pm
Saturday, March 2nd from 10:00am to 4:00pm
