Smith County Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time phlebotomist with incentives for further education and advancement. A high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and a spirit of hospitality are required. 

Responsibilities include providing exceptional patient care and customer-focused service; performing venipuncture on patients of all ages; collecting/preparing non-blood specimens; ensuring proper safety, compliance, and quality control; and basic computer skills. Experience is desired, but we will train the right candidate.
