Most have lids, some are open top burn drums. There are actually 11 barrels (only 9 shown in the photo) but one barrel has some holes in the bottom. So you can get all 11 barrels for $50.  The one with the holes was used for storing gravel rocks and as a burn barrel. Or if you only want the 10 barrels, that’s OK too.
