LOCATION:  From Hwy 34 in Wray, go 8 miles south to Road 28, then 8 miles west to Road Y and ½ mile north to the SE corner of the property.  SIGNS WILL BE POSTED!!

CROPS:              TRACTS 1 & 3: There are no growing crops and the 2024 cash rent payment will be prorated to the date of closing.
