Responsibilities and Skills:

The Saw Technician is responsible for saw operations and raw material handling. 

• Set up and operate saws to cut material according to specifications 
• Replacement of saw blades and adjustment of tension. 
• Usage of the correct saw, set table stops and vises, set cut speeds and feed rates, and adjust coolant flow based upon the different types of material and sizes. 
• Verify material conformance to specifications by using rulers, calipers, fixed gauges, templates, and micrometers.
• Calculate and mark layout lines, according to product specifications.
• Record data from operations and production on specified forms.
• Maintain safe and clean work habits throughout the facility 
• Work both independently and as a team on projects 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic math skills and be detail oriented 

Schedule:

6:00am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday 

**3 day weekends**

Competitive Wages: 

Starting wage for this position is $15.00/hour.  Pay is negotiable and based on applicant’s education and/or work experience.  Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at Natoma Manufacturing.
