Description
Never used punching bag. It was intended for stress release for my girlfriend but it was not used…. I was. Boxing is a great exercise to build endurance and burn fat. Will need sand or water to weigh it down. Safe inside if not near a window. You can add cement to weigh it down but it be to heavy to move. Does not come apart and non adjustable height.
