2013 Forest River Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite fifth wheel.  8244WS floorplan.  27ft.

This is a very nice, well kept camper.  This camper has tons of storage!  With two slides this camper feels very spacious even though it's only 27ft.  All cabinetry, flooring and other finishes are in really nice condition.  The bedroom has a queen sized bed with storage underneath, slideout closet, overhead and bedside storage.  The bathroom consists of comfortable sized shower, deep vanity sink, medicine cabinet and separate room for toilet.  The kitchen and living area consists of dinette that has large drawers under the seats, overhead storage cabinet and a pantry.  The dinette also converts into a sleeping area.  The entertainment center consists of a decent sized tv, cd/radio/surround system and storage.  The kitchen has plenty of storage/cabinet space.  Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and ceiling fan all work well.  Kitchen sink has two basins.  There is a nice sized couch that folds out for more sleeping space and overhead storage.  This area also has a large picture window for enjoying those amazing views!  All windows are in working order.  Water heater and all holding tanks are in good working order.  This camper is equipped with permanent roof mounted solar charging system.  There are two propane tanks and several exterior storage compartments with one being a large pass-through.  It has brand new 12 ply tires (only one trip on them).  The only negatives (which are minor) are the exterior decals that have worn off or are wearing off, some tiny holes beginning in the awning and a snag on the edge of the carpet of the dinette area.  Overall this camper is great due to it's 27ft length which makes it easier to maneuver into campsites but still feels quite roomy.  The only reason we are selling is because we are in need of one with a bunkroom.  More pictures are available upon request.
