We are seeking an Office Assistant with an attention for detail, proficient communication skills, and with graphic design experience to join our team. This is an important role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Receive phone calls from potential clients and accurately record information to pass along to supervisors.
- Coordinate and design marketing materials for the company including website design, Christmas card design, brochures, flyers and business cards.
- Basic QuickBooks Online accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing)
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- General Office Cleaning
- Coordinate office events, including planning and execution (office parties, birthdays, etc.)

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Accounting/Bookkeeping
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Photoshop (or equivalent) Software

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
