The second PC is a RTX 2080ti paired with a i5 8400 CPU

The RTX 3080 TI can you play any game up to 4K resolution with decent  FPS. 
The RTX 2080 TI is very good for 1080 P to 1440 P resolution with good FPS as well.

both PCs run flawlessly and play AAA titles very well

I am willing to sell just the cards and or just parts or the whole pc as well. 
I also have one 1080P monitor and 1 1440P monitor if you were interested for a fair price . The monitors work great and have good specs like refresh rates of a minimum of 144hz 1 ms.
