Health Department Director- Health Department:  FLSA Exempt; Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience with a range of $71,468-112,985/year.  Opportunity for pay increase after 6 months.

This position is full-time benefits eligible. Monday-Thursday 7a-5:30p

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in public health, administration, or a closely related field
• Three years’ experience in public health administration, budgeting, financial management, personnel supervision, and communication preferred
• Equivalent combination of experience, education, and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered in lieu of the above.
• Ellis County residency within six months of employment
