Qualifications:
· Minimum of 18 years of age
License/Certification:
· Maintain Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation, Ethics, Sexual Harassment, Emergency Preparedness, Vehicle Orientation, HIPPA, Bloodborne Pathogens, AP/SP/CI, Supportive Healthy Living and OSHA trainings and CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration and Mandt certifications

Education:
· Minimum of High School Diploma/GED
Position Summary:
· Efficiently and accurately process packages for shipment
· Operates copiers, fax machines binding equipment, laminating machines and point-of-sale devices
· Advises customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services and best-value options and exhibits confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry
Experience:
· Previous customer service skills strongly preferred
Skills:
· Must have a friendly, positive, professional and helpful demeanor and appearance
· Excellent customer skills including verbal and written communication including spelling and math, outstanding phone skills and be prompt, reliable and responsible
· Ability to multitask by listening and speaking to customers, navigating computers, and typing shipping information simultaneously
· Strong computer skills including internet, Microsoft office and Adobe Suite
· Outstanding phone skills
Working
Conditions:
· 95% indoor
· 5% outdoor
· Duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office
· May have high noise levels due to telephone calls, walk in clients, or other agency business
· Must follow assigned work schedules
· Employees are expected to remain flexible and cooperative.
