Everyone meet Shasta! Basically a large sweet fluffy ball of adhd that transforms into a beautiful throw rug when that energy is used up. She would prefer a home with lots of room to run around and would love to be your only dog. Did I mention she’s sweet?

Breed: Great Pyrenees  

Age: 3-4 years 

Weight: 83 lbs. 

Dog friendly:Like all dogs, she should be introduced to her new family properly. She generally doesn't like other dogs, but can come to understand that some are friends and not a threat to the property.

Cat friendly:No

Kid friendly: She has met my niece and nephew a couple of times. She did well and didn't seem to notice that they were different from adults. That being said, she would need to be introduced properly and calmly (I would probably say the same for any dog). I plan to work a little more on this in the future.

Potty trained: In kennel, but still has accidents in the house. Her breed is more for outdoor and I’ve been keeping her indoors due to living in a town. 

Kennel trained: Working on it. Will go in for a fair price of treats. She is doing better, but still has to see that you have payment in hand.

Leash trained: No, but is willing to learn and is currently learning. 

Energy level:Medium

Located in the Smith County, KS area

Adoption fee:  $135 and covers the cost of Distemper, Parvo, Flu, Boradatella and Rabies vaccines. Heartworm test along with preventative.  Dogs are wormed and microchipped and spayed or neutered.
