Commercial buildings available in Kensington! 

I have 2 buildings in Kensington available. One building is being used for storage but can easily be used for other needs. Could use some cosmetic upgrades but otherwise it is in fairly good condition. Measures 18'x24'

The other building needs a lot of work!! Roof and window repair needed. Have never used electric or water so I don't know what is needed for those. Will need to be cleaned out and sheet rock replaced.  Selling as is!! Building is 26'x75'.  Also has a basement. No photos available at this time.
