HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR I - Solid Waste:  Pay grade 13, Step 1 starts at $19.20/hour with an opportunity for a step/pay advancement at 6 months and the opportunity for twice yearly pay increases. 

Position Requirements:
1.    High school diploma or other equivalent
2.    Heavy equipment operator experience preferred

Certifications / Licenses:
1.     Valid Class B commercial driver’s license with tanker endorsement
2.     24-Hour Household Hazardous Waste Certification required within six months of hire date. 
3. The successful applicant will also be required to participate in the FHWA (CDL) drug-testing program.
