The live auction will be held on June 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at the St. John Parish Center, 204 N Main St, Spearville, KS 67876. Online bidding will begin on June 6, 2025, at 8:00 AM and close at the end of the live event.

All tillable tracts are located southeast of Spearville, KS. Soils are predominantly Harney Silt Loam. 1/2 of the farm is currently planted to wheat, and the other 1/2 will be planted to milo. Buyer will have possession of wheat acres at closing (unless wheat is unharvested, August 1, 2025, at the latest) and of milo acres following harvest.  Buyer will receive credit at closing for the cash rent for the milo acres for 2025. The property is located 1/2 mile south of the Grain Belt Express Transmission line proposed route.
