Get Ready to Soak Up the Island Vibes at This Year’s Cruise, Shoes & BBQs! 

We’re putting a tropical twist on the weekend with Hawaiian-themed decorations, festive hula skirts, colorful leis, island-style awards, and MORE! Whether you're showing off your best hula moves or just soaking in the sunshine, it's all about celebrating together, island-style!

Join us on Saturday, May 24th, starting at 10 am for the annual "Call of the Hogs" Poker Run. Rev up those engines and hit the road for a fun adventure! As the day heats up, cool off with some friendly competition at the Youth Pickleball Tournament and then watch the pros battle it out in the Competitive Pickleball Tournament. Feeling lucky? Try your hand at horseshoes.

But the excitement doesn't stop there! Indulge in delicious fair-style food from the our amazing vendors and enjoy a refreshing beverage from the Concessions Stand/Beer Garden.  Don't miss the opening ceremonies at 6 pm, where we'll also unveil the Memorial Wall, a touching tribute to our loved ones.   As the sun sets, lace up your running shoes for the Lisa Althouse Memorial 5K COLOR Run/Walk.   Then hit the dance floor with our favorite DJ...Doug Manhart at our Concert in the Park!   

On Sunday, May 25th, wake up bright and early for a hot breakfast provided by the Gove County Sheriff’s Office and Gove County Emergency Management. 

Afterwards, it's time to hit the sand for the Co-ed Sand Volleyball Tournament or show off your wheels at the Car Show. And don't miss out on the thrilling Hot Shot Competition and the exciting Burger Battle!   For the little ones, there's plenty of fun activities too! From face painting to a Kids Cornhole Toss Tournament, there's something for everyone to enjoy. For those seeking a thrilling experience, hop on our Virtual Reality Roller Coaster from 1–6pm.   

Cap off Sunday with more entertainment, including DJ Doug Manhart spinning some tunes, Laser Tag, and a Concert in the Park featuring Paramount. Rain or shine, we'll be rocking out at the American Legion!

Plus, don't forget to refuel with a delicious meal provided by the Grainfield Fire Department at the Fire House from 5–8pm on Sunday.
