As a Member Service Representative (MSR), you will be the primary point of contact for UNWFCU members, delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships.  You will assist members with a comprehensive range of financial services, guiding them toward solutions that meet their personal financial goals.  

We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where teamwork, continuous learning, and innovation are highly valued.  Comprehensive product, service, and experience training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.  This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.  

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive support to members regarding a wide variety of credit union services. 

- Advise members on products and services to help them achieve personal financial goals.

- Open new accounts and Share Certificates. 

- Assist members with checkbook inquiries and related services. 

- Administer debit and credit card services and resolve member inquiries. 

- Manage outgoing wire transfers. 

- Handle account closures and other member inquiries efficiently. 

- Ensure consistently positive member experience across all communication channels (in-person, phone, and email).
