HIGHLIGHTS/AUCTIONEERS NOTES:  This is by far the largest auction, over so many floors, that I have ever done. So many items, such a varying usefulness out of each item! From factory machines, to household, to records, to industrial materials! We have shelving, Loading dock conveyor, gold filter, galvanized sheets, air filters, two wheelers, carts, racks, and so much more! We aim to make this easy on you but you have to read the instructions!! Do not skip what I am saying here because you need to bring helpers, or we will charge you for ours. Period.  Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES:
No electricity.
No fans.
No Elevator.
8 floors of stairway.
No Bathrooms. (we have a 5 gal. bucket for you).
Bring Helpers!
If you have to use our helpers we can add $$ to your invoice.
We have dock doors at Freight Truck height and a ramp.
Bring ramps for your trailer, two wheelers, dock plate, Grocery carts, totes as needed, bungee cords, straps,
trash bags… depending on what you bought! Call me if you have any questions!! We aim to make it easy on
you but you have to read these instructions.
