We’re hiring an Equipment Operator in Norton, Kansas!

Donovan Excavating is looking for a skilled and reliable operator to join our team. We specialize in heavy dirt construction, seasonal custom harvesting, and hauling. If you have experience in these areas, a CDL, and a strong work ethic, we’d love to hear from you!

Position Details:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with some weekends required during harvest season

Pay: Competitive and based on experience

Benefits: Overtime pay, holiday pay, and, after 6 months, 1 week of paid sick leave and 1 week of paid vacation
