Great condition Remington 870 tactical. Seven round tube magazine. Elzetta tac-light mount with streamlight push button light mounted. Ghost ring sights as well as a picatinny sight mount. Simple red dot designed for the punishing recoil of 12ga included. Mount, light, and red dot are a good couple hundred bucks on their own. Figure in what new 870's ares going for these days and this is a pretty good deal. 
Add in a cheap long barrel for bird hunting and you've got a defense gun as well as a hunting set-up all with the easy ten second barrel swap.
