Model is ZYBASE-TB.  Great product if able to mount umbrella on the surface of your deck. Our loss is your gain - these list for $199 new on Purple Leaf website. Comes with 16 lag screw for mounting on deck surface. Heavy duty, weighs right at 30 pounds.
