Built this shop couple years back all new tin and perlins a that time  the main frame is built out of 2-3/8 triangle tower for sides and the rafters are out of 2-7/8 pipe and 3/8 flat iron making some ibeem system rafters very strong 4 over doors 2 on north and 2 on south  50x120 with 18 ft sides  has 3/4 of the cement poured 8 inch thick it has a 3 inch slope from the out edges of building to middle of shop so it drains to middle no insulation has a clean burn oil burner new last year 350000 BTU with 3000 gallon storage air - does have lights but could use more  has power on both ends of shop has  big bulk tank with real with cat 15w40 stay with shop if u make a deal with suppler the oil won't stay unless we make a deal on it has nextech wifi in shop the out side is 175 wide by 300 ft rocked yard has 6-8 inch blue milled shale with sand and a good layer of hard rock on top of it like concrete year around I don't have to sell but do to my health and lack of help I don't have much use for it anymore it is in commercial zoned property 

The doors are heavy duty with bigger rollers with double straps braces across the door over 100 mph doors come from empire doors
