We are looking for an outgoing and welcoming personality to join our team at Smith County Memorial Hospital. As the Patient Access Receptionist, you'll be the first person our patients and visitors interact with, setting the tone for their time with us and ensuring a smooth, organized experience from start to finish. Our ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking various clerical duties assigned by the Patient Access Supervisor. One of the primary functions of our receptionist is to manage our multi-line phone system by directing calls throughout the facility and answering any questions or inquiries from patients or visitors.
