Personal Note:

I have only used this to make less than 100 pots of coffee. I bought it new and used it for less than a year before moving to Great Bend, and haven't used it since. It is the best coffee maker I have ever owned, however it doesn't fit in my kitchen so I am finaly selling it. The thermal carafe is a unique feature and one of my favorite things about it. It is safe to the touch so if there are children around your mind can rest easy. Additionally the carafe can be placed on a table or counter top which makes it nice to take off of the coffee maker and into another room to enjoy.
